"INNER SENSES" DEVELOPMENT COACHING SESSION
Trouble "seeing" scenes in your mind during guided meditation or other inner journeys?
Various factors contribute to this, from expectations and beliefs, to your notion of
"where" or "how" visualization occurs. And you're not alone, after all, we're never really taught
how to utilize this very natural part of our minds that, to many, seemed much more accessible as children.
Visualization isn't always inner SIGHT, but the activation and utilization of MULTIPLE other
inner senses you may not be aware of (or have forgotten over time).
That's where I come in.
After a decade of facilitating professional past life and other types of hypnotic regressions and meditations, I have an incredibly helpful toolbox that I'm excited to offer. Essentially, I can show you how to get to the place in your mind where the magic happens. The idea to offer these visualization consultations came after one of my clients told me she had aphantasia (mind-blindness, can't form mental imagery), and we got her to have a fully immersive and beautiful session - plus the added bonus of her knowing how to navigate back to that space for future inner journeys!
In a 45-minute session, we go over your unique circumstances and then jump right into it. This is a very conversational, intuitive, immersive type of session. During this time, there will likely be some roadblocks that may trigger frustration, so patience is key. Any roadblocks are just redirection. Once we find what works best, we'll start practicing and get you more familiar with the "where" and "how" you best experience visualization. All you need is an open mind, no expectations, and a willingness to drop certain limiting mindsets.
