Sessions are audio recorded but are not guaranteed in the case of technological issues.

Cancellations/Late Policy

One free reschedule option if you need to cancel (rescheduling will occur if 20 minutes has lapsed past start time without communication). Rescheduling fee is incurred if second reschedule is needed, otherwise session will be forfeited without refund.
